Preparation and coverage
We offer local delivery in Cartagena and nationwide shipping within Colombia, subject to carrier coverage and the conditions shown before payment. Contact us before ordering to confirm service to rural or hard-to-reach locations.
Order preparation takes up to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Preparation and transit are separate stages; this is not a guarantee of delivery within 48 hours.
Delivery and tracking
National shipments use Inter Rapidísimo or Coordinadora, depending on coverage. Transit usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. We share the tracking number or link using your order contact details when dispatched.
Cartagena deliveries are arranged between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., subject to availability and agreement with the customer. Confirm the date before ordering for a special occasion. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed.
Shipping cost
The cost depends on the destination and order conditions and is disclosed before payment is completed. Free-shipping promotions apply only under the conditions advertised when ordering.
Address changes and delivery issues
Check the delivery address, phone number, recipient and delivery instructions. Contact us immediately with your order number if a correction is needed; we will confirm whether it remains possible. Any applicable extra cost will be disclosed in advance.
Contact us about delays, loss, damage or an incorrect item. We will investigate with the carrier. Using a carrier does not remove our obligations to consumers. Photos help us review issues but are not an absolute requirement for exercising your rights.
If the agreed delivery deadline is missed or the product is unavailable, you may request cancellation and repayment under applicable law; where applicable, repayment will be completed within 15 calendar days.
