After confirming your order and payment, we send it to our dispatch team. Processing takes up to 48 business hours, although we always aim to dispatch sooner.
In Cartagena and nearby municipalities, local couriers deliver during the day, approximately between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
If you need a particular delivery time, delivery to an office or a specific time window, let us know in advance through our official WhatsApp so we can help coordinate delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed because receiving hours were not provided, the customer must cover the cost of a new delivery.
For nationwide shipping, we use carriers such as Inter Rapidísimo and Coordinadora. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
After dispatch, your registered email will receive the tracking number and order updates so you can follow your shipment.

You have 5 calendar days after receiving your order to report any issue through our official WhatsApp. We will request photos or a video to review the condition of the product and its packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products, such as decants, cannot be exchanged or returned after delivery, except when there is a verified defect in the product or its container.
